Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of placing your order, except for pre-orders. I will do my best to communicate pre-order timeframes with you so you have an idea of wait time for canvases, if needed. 

Standard shipping is USPS or UPS, based on your checkout selection, and may take up to 5 days to arrive based on your location. Orders include tracking and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update. 

Please note: I will ship to the address you provided during checkout, I cannot provide refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier directly in this instance.

If you need your canvas by a certain date, please send me an email at daydreamneedlepoint@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate you, but there are no guarantees.
